Hi friends!
Guess what! Tax season is over! I get my hubby back. Bring out the jazz hands emoji, I'm doing a little happy dance over here.
Come on, join me! I know you want to.
I'm also doing a little happy dance over this refreshing and healthy Triple Berry Smoothie. I'm not sure you could pack more goodness in one simple cup.
Ahhhh........
Did you know that berries are not only a big source of antioxidants but all have some amazing benefits?
Blackberries, strawberries and blueberries are good for your heart, can ease inflammation, promote eye health, boost short term memory AND have anti aging properties.
Well then... sign me up for this drink!
And if that wasn't a big enough boost of nutrition, this delightfully purple smoothie has a big handful of green goodness in it! Yup, hidden spinach.
Totally had you fooled, right :-).
My Triple Berry Smoothie recipe ismade creamy and hearty with a frozen banana. It's the perfect breakfast or midday snack.
And with only four easy ingredients, it's a smoothie you can make in a rush or when your brain is simply not working. <---Here's looking at you... non-morning person friends!
I hope you enjoy! And I hope you are still dancing because I am! Jazz square anyone....? 🙂

I used to make this triple berry smoothie all the time when I was being good and eating healthy. I've sort of slacked off lately but this makes me want to get back on track. I usually make mine with fat free greek yogurt and really like them,
Thanks for the inspirationReply

We make smoothies often during the spring and summer. It is so fun to hit our local farmers market and pick up local berries and more! This sounds so delicious, will have to try it next week when I get more berries. Thank you for sharing it 🙂Reply

My 3 year old niece got new tap shoes so I started tap dancing in the kitchen. She thought I was a weirdo. The smoothie does look really easy, like I could even do it 🙂
